The partnership
The bottleneck /is no longer the technology
It's the organisation. That's where we work: where AI applies, who approves what, what gets recorded, and which processes start running on their own. As an OpenAI SMB Channel Partner, with their transformation framework behind us.
The primary constraints for organizations are no longer model performance or tooling, but rather organizational readiness and implementation.
The partnership
We're an OpenAI SMB Channel Partner.
OpenAI works as a launchpad for us: it amplifies what we already know how to do and gives us a transformation framework to accelerate adoption inside your company. We don't sell licences, we implement outcomes. That is the whole difference.
- OpenAI's transformation framework, applied to your operation
- Three entry points for your maturity: ChatGPT Business, API or advanced cases
- Guided adoption — the technology is the easy part
- Governance from day one, not as an annex
OpenAI does not endorse third-party products or services unless expressly stated.
Why Thinkia
Three differences that change the conversation.
SMB Channel Partner — not a reseller
We're in OpenAI's SMB Channel program. That doesn't make us resellers: we don't sell licences, we implement outcomes. You feel it in that the conversation starts with your operation, not with the contract.
AI-native, not patches on the old
We don't install chatbots. We design how your organization works with AI embedded in every decision. The difference between having AI and being an AI-native company.
Measurable or we don't continue
Every phase has a defined KPI, reviewed before moving on. You can stop at any point. This completely changes the conversation with your CFO.
The problem
And the gap between those who made the leap and everyone else is widening.
Almost every executive has tried ChatGPT. They use it personally, and it works. What isn't happening is the leap from individual tool to the system that runs the company. OpenAI's own data shows where that difference sits.
What we do
Four fronts, because the problem is never just one.
The technology arrives solved. What has to be built is everything else: where it applies, how it integrates, who answers for what, and how it runs the day after.
Strategy
Where AI applies in your operation and with what impact on the P&L. Prioritisation against your business, not a generic catalogue of use cases.
Engineering
Systems in production, integrated with your stack. From model to data, from data to process, and from process to something that works when nobody is watching.
Governance
Autonomy thresholds, human approval where an error is expensive, an auditable record and EU AI Act compliance. What separates a pilot from a system you can defend.
Adoption
Your team running it without us. Training on their own work, not a generic course, because the technology is the easy part.
Cases by sector
What we deliver, translated to your industry.
Representative examples of what we deliver. The real scope comes from your operation and your data, not from a catalogue.
Law firms, consultancies, agencies
Professional services
Honest objections
What CEOs actually ask us.
We already use ChatGPT in the team. Why do we need you?
Your team using ChatGPT individually is one thing. Your operation working with AI embedded in every decision — sales, back-office, customer support, operations — is another. Most companies haven't crossed that threshold, and crossing it isn't a tooling problem but one of process, permissions and adoption. That's where we come in.
We've paid for pilots before that never reached production. Why will you be different?
Because we don't deliver demos. What we leave behind is code in production, documentation and your team trained to run it. Each phase has its KPI and is reviewed before moving on, so a pilot that won't scale shows up early rather than a year later.
What about GDPR and the AI Act?
Compliance by design. We work with dedicated instances, EU data, contracts with no-training guarantees, and architectures that comply with both GDPR and AI Act. We cover this in the design phase — not as an afterthought.
Why Thinkia and not a large consultancy?
Large consultancies do enterprise AI strategy at year-long timescales. We deliver production systems in weeks, with a fixed pack, agreed KPIs and post-launch support. And we share the same official OpenAI partnership.
How much does it cost and when do I see returns?
It depends on scope, and we close that before starting: budget and KPI per phase, on the table on the first call. We work in stages precisely so you can judge the return before committing the next one, rather than at the end of an eighteen-month transformation.
We don't have enough data / we're not ready.
Most common objection and almost always wrong. Most organizations have more data than they think, in unexpected places. The discovery is exactly this: identifying what can be built today with what you already have.
We'll wait for the technology to mature.
The technology is already mature for the use cases we see. What changes weekly are marginal features, not the foundation. The competitive window from early adoption is closing, not opening.
Let's talk about your operation, not about technology.
A first conversation about your operation, no commitment. That tells us whether it makes sense to work together and where we would start.
