A first-tier regional public administration needed to modernize service delivery while keeping trust, transparency, and legal certainty at the centre. Citizen journeys, inter-administrative data exchange, and operational efficiency had to improve in parallel—not as disconnected IT projects.
Collaboration
We partnered on strategy and delivery across digital channels and enabling platforms: clarifying priorities for AI-assisted services where outcomes are measurable, strengthening interoperability between systems and providers, and embedding governance (roles, controls, and documentation) so innovation in automation and intelligent assistance stays proportionate and auditable in a public-law context.
