Context
The group operates science-led brands in beauty and health, backed by pharmaceutical-grade operations. IT, production, and compliance have to move together—user experience, factory efficiency, and regulatory documentation cannot be treated as separate problems.
Collaboration
The engagement focused on accompanying and improving IT management through AI: structuring and prioritizing initiatives for business and production teams, then delivering concrete tools. A dedicated knowledge layer was built to simplify and optimize technical and regulatory documentation linked to raw materials—ingesting large volumes of files, extracting and normalizing what matters, and centralizing it in a structured, homogeneous environment so manual error drops and decision-makers reach key data faster. We also implemented an intelligent query interface—a virtual assistant powered by natural language processing (NLP) that behaves as an expert over the technical information repository.

A clearer line from unstructured documentation to trusted, repeatable insight—with governance appropriate to a regulated industrial context.
