CEO & Founder · Thinkia
Rafael Conde is CEO and founder of Thinkia, a global AI and innovation consultancy born for the AI era rather than adapted to it.
The premise he built the firm on is that AI is not a peripheral tool but the operating core of a company — and that acting on it takes three disciplines in the same team, not three suppliers: strategy to set the direction, design to make it usable, engineering to make it hold. That is what { The Mesh } organises: five interconnected layers covering generative AI, data, product experience, platforms and automation.
From a headquarters in Spain, the firm works across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Asia, and builds its own products — Synapse, Pulse, Digital Humans, Contact Experience, Enterprise Knowledge AI, Sentinel — instead of reselling somebody else's.
My mission is to transform bold ideas into scalable realities. We don't just build products—we architect solutions that reshape industries, turning technological innovation into sustainable business value that creates lasting impact.

What the company he leads actually does, in its own pages.
The five interconnected layers the firm is organised around, from generative AI to autonomous automation.
What the firm built rather than resold: Synapse, Pulse, Digital Humans, Contact Experience, Enterprise Knowledge AI, Sentinel.
The industries the firm works in, and the named cases within them. Most engagements are anonymised; these are the ones that can be told.
Who the firm is, where it operates and how the teams are put together.

The long-form documents he signed. Each one opens with an author’s letter and ends in a full PDF, with no form in the way.
Systems that calculate well separately and think poorly together. The shift that matters: from having AI in the company to being an intelligent system.
The new business intelligence is a conversation with data, not a visualization of it—the inverted flow, three AI-native layers, and a traceable answer.
For partnerships, press or a conversation about a programme, the contact form reaches the team. For everything else, LinkedIn.
Role, photo and quote come from the team page, and the talks from the events archive, so this page follows the site rather than repeating it.
