U-Match Las Rozas 2026

Four hours. Forty companies. The first step into professional AI.

On 30 January 2026, the 4th edition of U-Match Las Rozas filled HUB232 with more than 400 students — university, advanced vocational and recent graduates — meeting 40 companies and startups offering around 250 internships and jobs.

Organised by Las Rozas Next (Economy, Innovation and Employment), U-Match is a free fair designed to shorten the distance between education and employment. In past editions, more than half of open roles were filled with candidates met at the event.

Thinkia participated alongside companies such as HP, DXC, PwC, Dedalus and HPE-CDS — with a clear focus: junior profiles ready to grow in data, engineering, product and AI delivery.
