Thinkia Year-End 2025

Not just a year-end party. A conscious pause to look ahead.

On 11 December 2025, the entire Thinkia team gathered at HUB232 in Las Rozas — not just to close the year, but to take a deliberate step back and design where we’re going.

We started by reviewing our evolution: decisions, learnings, milestones. Then came something different — a call from the future. Thinkia 2028 reached out to tell us who we’ve become and what we’ve achieved. Growing as an AI-Native Consulting firm isn’t only about what we’ve done; it’s about designing where we’re headed.

Then the tone shifted. Team dynamics kicked in — people opened up, laughter took over, and that kind of energy emerged that you can’t plan in a forecast but that says everything about a team.

And as tradition demands, we closed around a table. Good conversations, shared time, and a celebration that ran long — because when the company is right, time flies.
