It was a pleasure to exchange perspectives with ecosystem leaders: Javier Sánchez (AEDAS Homes) on purpose-driven AI in real estate, Guillermo Llibre (Lanai Ventures) on AI investment and real returns, and Alejandro Herrero and José Manuel Merino (Valua.com) alongside Miguel González (Rental Rewards), who shared the AI-native projects emerging from the TheFringe community.

The conclusion was unanimous:

We don’t need more isolated pilots. We need direction, governance and coherence.
