CTO AI Summit is a festival of CTOs — the first event built for CTOs and technology leaders in Spain. Top IT leaders, CIOs and VPs of Engineering come together to tackle the biggest tech challenges and network with industry peers.

On 12 and 13 June 2025, the 6th edition returned to Auditorio Joaquín Rodrigo in Las Rozas (Madrid). Thinkia created the summit in 2019; this edition was co-organised with Las Rozas Innova and the Ayuntamiento de Las Rozas.

AI is no longer just an innovation — it is becoming a must-have in products and services. Technology leaders who understand its potential are at the forefront of driving implementation for companies and society. The programme focused on innovative technology, Artificial Intelligence, the technological challenges of companies, and how CTOs manage talent, teams, change and AI adoption to add business value.
