Company Week at U-tad 2025

Where tomorrow’s AI builders meet the companies that will hire them.

From 19 to 21 November 2025, U-tad Company Week transformed the Las Rozas campus into Spain’s largest university recruiting event: 150+ recruiters, 3,500+ interviews and more than 1,000 students and alumni showcasing portfolios, demos and real projects across animation, games, engineering, design, data and digital product.

Thinkia joined the fair to connect with talent ready to work on enterprise AI — data platforms, agentic systems, product experience and the engineering that makes AI reliable in production.

What we looked for — and what we shared
